All About The Little Ones
Little Ones Speech Pathology is a paediatric service providing a range of supports for babies, toddlers, adolescents through to teenagers.
Hi, I’m Rachel. I founded Little Ones with a goal to offer a premium, highly personalised service to support both children and their families as they navigate the often complex and overwhelming journey of addressing communication challenges.
My approach is designed to ease that stress, find the joy in the experience and bring the results by delivering therapy that’s deeply aligned with your family’s values and lifestyle, while being thoughtfully tailored to your own child’s unique needs, temperament, and personal interests. I limit the number of families I work with each day to ensure focused, responsive care, free from the rush of back-to-back appointments and long wait times. This allows me to truly connect with each family and provide the attention and results they need.
Whether your child requires a simple communication screening, practical strategies for a watch-and-wait period, or a comprehensive assessment and therapy plan, I prioritise what’s truly relevant and necessary—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
As a professional, I prioritise evidence based, realistic and effective solutions. As a therapist, I believe in making learning fun while achieving meaningful progress. And as a mother of three, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of raising children.
Let’s work together to support your little one’s communication and development in a way that fits your family’s needs.
Services
Screening
A brief screening for children aged 6 and under, designed as a check-up to assess progress or address any concerns. Includes a 15-minute screening, 15-minute parent consultation, and a written report.
Assessments
An assessment of your child’s communication skills or a follow-up review to track progress over time. These assessments are essential for determining the starting point and planning the next steps in your child’s development.
Therapy
Evidence-based therapy and fun therapy sessions with a focus on tapping into your child's natural motivation by incorporating their interests for effective & engaging results.
Discovery Call
A complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation to discuss your situation, answer any questions, and determine if this service is the right fit for you.
GP Medicare Plans Bulk-Billed
Eligible GP-referred Medicare plans can be bulk billed, covering up to 5 therapy sessions per year. Additional charges apply for mandatory reporting.
NDIS Services
NDIS services can be provided including speech pathology assessments and speech therapy for those families who are self-managed or plan-managed.
